New Capabilities at APTP

At APTP we are always looking to expand our capabilities to fit the requirements of our customers. We have recently acquired a 1300 Ton Ajax Forging Press. We purchased this massive monster out of Chicago and had it shipped down to our facility in Arlington, TX. Once it is operational we will be one of the few domestic manufacturers able to produce a Heavy Hex Bolt Up to 6.0” and Heavy Hex Nuts Up to 5.5”. We hope to have this modern marvel up and running in late 2015.
In addition to our new forging capabilities, our Specialty Machining division added an additional CNC machine. The Eurotect ELITE B465SSL it is Europe’s leading manufacturer of advanced, high speed, 4 to 14 axis CNC turning/milling machines, designed for high precision, high volume, fully automated
unattended machining.
